Crofton Village Apartments

"I lived at Crofton Village for one year. The grounds were very well kept and the area is nice and quiet. Whenever I had any needs Cindy, the property manager always addressed them. She always returned my calls or emails whenever I contacted the office. She was extremely accommodating when I was moving out, she was definitely a gem! Thank you!!!"

"I don’t recommend no one to live at Crofton village apartments I’ve lived here for 8 years and I’m let you all know the maintenance men comes in my apartment whenever they want I have reported this numerous times to leasing office and corporate and nothing has been done. The first incident I was in bathroom taking bath and I heard noise in living room the maintenance man was in my apartment in hallway watch me I was yelling get out called leasing office reported it to Cindy and she just laughed like I was lying. The second incident I was watching tv in living room my front door opened it was same maintenance man again I reported that. The third incident I was leaving out of my apartment I locked door , walking downstairs maintenance man comes in the building goes upstairs to 3rd floor I watched him go into my apartment and stayed in there for 5 minutes when the maintenance man came out I was at my door I said what hell are you in my apartment for , he say him no English ,they speak English they understand. The only thing I like is the neighborhood is very quiet . I have over hundred residents that are willing to speak out about same thing they are experiencing.i had cameras in my apartment I have evidence of everything I have gave evidence over to police and also to news reports. God doesn’t like ugly what’s done in dark will come to the light!!!"

"Hi, I lived at Crofton Village apartments for 8 years. I've never had no bad experience with the employees in the rental office since I've been living here. The maintenance employees always there when needed and whatever needs fixing its done well. The buildings are kept clean all the time. The grass and trees are always taken care of. They are renovated them with new kitchen cabinets and new appliances. Also new vanity cabinets in the bathroom with hardwood floors. They are putting washer and dryer in each unit. With hardwood floors throughout the apartment except the bedrooms. It's a great place to live and feel comfortable. If you are out there looking to move in Crofton this is a great place to come."

"I lived at Crofton Village this past year. I honestly hated that I left, I enjoyed living here so much. I left so I could be closer to family and friends. Location was fantastic, so close to shopping and major cities. I enjoyed my apartment, it was clean when I first arrived and the building always stayed clean too. They came by once a week if not more to clean the hallways and general areas. Maintenance was always on top of things if I needed anything, which was close to none. They were very responsive, like next day. During the week, I would see the maintenance team maintaining the grounds, picking up any little litter that has been blown around, etc. The community has an Amazon locker which is fantastic! I never got the feeling if I had a package delivered to my door it would be stolen anyways, but it is always a nice added security feeling. As a single mom, I felt safe living in these apartments. The one down side is shared laundry. It is in each building though and it is super easy to put money on a card to pay for laundry, no quarters! But other than that, I highly recommend this place. Very family oriented, all my neighbors were super friendly!"

"Went for a tour yesterday and the customer service was disgusting. The leasing agent did not provide her name, give a warm welcome, became annoyed with the questions I was asking and then asked mid tour, did I want to continue with the visit! I was first showed a model which of course will ALWAYS be perfect. Zero imperfections. So then I asked if I could see an actual apartment. A unit someone has been living in. The agent became upset I’m assuming because I asked in the first place and that the unit was on the opposite side of the property. Besides the rudeness of the agent, the apartments are very small, not worth the price, utilities not included, they are added washer/dryer this year which may be a good thing. The bathrooms is what really need an upgrade as the floor tile reminds me of a public pool. Only good thing about this place is the convenience to Waugh Chapel. That’s it and that’s all."
