"Stupid brainless office workers. They have A atitude about doing their job. If you will ask them for some thing they will be annoyed about it and have an attitude. I don’t know who hired them but they all need to be fired. They are a bunch of unhelpful dogs sitting in the office and this place is dangerous and the workers Do not do any thing about it."

"Worst place ever. I cant wait until my mom’s lease is up. All the reviews here are 10000% real!! From the drug addicts roaming around to the broken windows in the laundry room to the violence . Management is useless. Takes forever to get repairs done throughout the whole complex. Just look at these photos. The homeless men have easy access to the laundry rooms since they are always cracking the windows/glass on the doors. The cleaning lady is afraid to go inside and clean because there is always a man in there something with butcher knives out on the counter. Lighting things on fire.. The police doesn’t do anything just tells them to leave but they come back once the cops are gone. Honestly if you value your safety stay away from this place."

"After applying here, I waited two weeks, and no one reached out to give me an update of the application. After calling, I was told as soon as the background check went through, I would be able to move in. I called a week and a half later because I know a background check only takes about 3 days only to be told that the application had to be submitted. I waited two weeks after that and decided to request my application fee be refunded because I'd never gotten an approval or denial for my application. They agreed to give me a refund because they knew they were wrong, but the property manager advised me that they just needed me to bring one form and then I would get an answer within a couple days. When I brought the form in, she even stamped it with the date as if to say I had the one lying about how long I'd waited. Needless to say, that form was stamped back in July, and it is now October and I have not received a call about the application. Thankfully, I have found an apartment complex that cares for their tenants and is far safer than this place."

"SCARIEST NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE AREA! VERY DANGEROUS! DO NOT GO AT NIGHT OR STAY INSIDE , LOCK THE DOORS, AND DO NOT OPEN FOR ANYBODY! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! I went to visit a friend one night. Multiple individuals openly using and selling drugs. Personally witnessed a young man get stabbed, and heard a gun shot later that evening. Police were called, when the police arrived the users scurried out of sight like the mice and rats in the area, and reappeared once the police left the premises. I was too scared to leave because random addicts would knock on my friend's door ask for cigarettes and wouldnt leave the stairwell. A man was wondering around yelling nonsense without a shirt nor shoes, and only had on his underwear. There are pieces of aluminum with drug residue and used syringes throughout the property. Laundry door window completely broken and drug users loitering inside. As I left, I noticed security decided partake with the substance abuse with the lingering drug addicts, someone offered me narcotics and I decided to run for it. I'm lucky to have gotten out of there alive. I didnt know what i got myself into. Now, I have my friend sleep at my place until his/her lease ends."

"Full of mice in the apartments and management doesn’t do anything to address it even if you reach out. “Renovations” to apartments are just installing drywall and cheap fixes with holes that let mice through. You can’t hang anything on drywall; forget about wall mounting a TV. For a while I had what sounded like a squirrel scratching away at my wall from the space between my and my neighbors homes. The residents blare music at odd times of day. Fridays and Saturdays are party time, it’s uncontrollably noisy and terrible. I work from home, and they even have music blaring at 10am on a Monday. Residents drive super recklessly and aggressively in the parking lots. Drunk people have knocked on my door a couple of times at 2am. The police are here regularly. If your upstairs neighbors have kids, they will cause a racket 24/7 (what little kid has any business being awake at 11 pm?!), and if you try to ask them nicely to stop, they won’t understand you because they don’t speak English. Definitely a very ethnically skewed demographic of residents. Oh and I forgot to mention, the constantly overflowing and rotting trash around every corner of the neighborhood. Piles and piles of trashed furniture as well. All this creates a nice smelly breeding ground for massive flies, cockroaches, and mice, who then find their way into your apartments. And of course, no washer or dryer because they assume if you are poor enough to need help with rent, you are poor enough to give up on some personal hygiene and choose to do laundry less often. And the community laundry facilities are expensive, tiny machines, and not efficient. All that being said, it’s somewhat worthwhile in the Succubus that is Montgomery County, to give up all the aforementioned luxuries of personal hygiene, peace, and safety, so that you can get $200 knocked off market rent rates."
