We are unfortunately moving out due to an increase in rent and needing more space - but overall, a lovely community and we will miss it!"

"Jabril the concierge was the first face I think I saw upon arrival at The Palatine. He was most gracious and welcoming. Olivia my leasing agent was my main point of contact as she really sold the value of the apartment home and its amenities! Maggie another leasing agent also assisted me in my moving in process and made me feel happy I chose The Palatine as my new home! Aaron the evening concierge made sure I was okay and took great care of me as I moved my furniture in from the loading dock. And Tim, the daytime concierge is always friendly, professional and most accommodating. Big Shout Out to Olivia for doing such a great job touring 4 different units with me to ensure I chose the floor plan best for me! Thank you, Palatine team!"

"Best apartment building I've ever lived in by a long shot, and I've moved out now so I have no incentive to lie here. Front desk team is awesome (huge shout out to Tim for always being the coolest dude around). Leasing office is wayyyyyy better than any other I've interacted with, they actually treat you like people and not just a money-making-resident of their building. Finally, the maintenance team is truly magnificent. They respond to any issue quickly and are polite and respectful about entering your apartment, while usually resolving your issue in just a minute or two. If Palatine is in your price range, do yourself a favor and apply for an apartment."

"The Palatine is a really, really great apartment building. After living here for 2 of the past 5 years in the DC area, I think I have the best building of anyone I know. No really, I had a spreadsheet. Not only are the apartments competitively priced, the features and finishes are even better in person. What makes this place exceptional though, is the staff. The management, concierge, and maintenance staff are all super nice and actually helpful. My administrative needs are handled with professionalism and grace, my maintenance requests are answered within a few hours (sometimes minutes!), and every single concierge gets to know the tenants and make us feel welcome and at home. Recently became a smoke free community and has always been a dog loving building a block from the Courthouse Metro Station."
