"Sent me a message telling me my appointment was on Tuesday, show up Tuesday and they said it was in the system as Thursday instead and wouldn’t get me in Tuesday even though that’s what I was told by them and even showed them the message, so I had to cancel my appointment altogether as I couldn’t get another day off of work or childcare."
