"Dr. Jesse listens to my concerns and takes great care of me and my daughter. She gets back to me fast whenever I message her about a concern. She also caught my daughters issues and helped me figure out what steps I needed to do next."

"Dr Jesse told me to get over my issues no exam was done I was told my high bp and extreme fatigue and constant unexplained bruising and weight loss were all in my head and to take yoga. She’s disgusting. They also charge you to fill out a kids form. No exam was done no blood work 2x with same lady now."

"I'm very unhappy with this place. They kept calling our relatives and leaving detailed messages about my daughter on their phone, and never called us (her parents). Each time out relatives would call and let us know what all they said, and I would call their office back.. they would confirm they had our phone # set as the guardian/primary contact, but then the very next time they would call and leave messages on our relative's phone again. They never once apologized for doing it. The fourth time it happened I called and told them to just remove every emergency contact and finally after they'd removed all emergency contacts they started calling us with messages. They also had us set up so many appointments for such little things. The yearly copays were getting out of hand and the reasons were so absurd. Common sense said the kids didn't need to go back in for the checkups their doctor kept scheduling them for. It felt weird telling a doctor no to getting any more checkups but I finally had to because it was just rediculous. After a year and a half I was finally done with this place and ready to change doctors and they even made that process difficult. I called them twice and requested for the record release forms to be mailed to us. Both times they told us sure, no problem, and then I'd wait for a month and have to contact them again. After the second time with them never mailing anything I drove in and got the forms from them in person. The people are all friendly here but it's so unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
