"Under new management and they are Horrible. They have lost my rent and when you go in the new property manager is never there. The lady at the front desk is rude and un professional. NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. There is no after hours maintenance. Not a good transition and should of been better planned out. New company is CLUELESS and very RUDE. The lady in the office is disrespectful and aggressive. They will discuss your personal business with any one. They open late and close early. they bully their residents and are not customer service oriented at all!!"

"horrible smells in hallway and I agree with other tenants for giving this place a one star. Maintenance guy goes into your apartment without renters knowing ...it's shameful .. as soon as I moved in had roaches and mice. I'm not happy here .. not my home!!"

"Have a copy of my cashiers check that I paid rent for February 2016 & proof that it's been CASHED & yet they put a letter on my door trying to take me to court!!!!! Really??? I have proof from my bank that it has been cashed & by WHOM it was cashed!!!! So needless to say we'll be having a serious conversation come Monday morning. I work to hard for my money to have it played with!!!!! But apparently i'm not the only one having an issue with this."

"DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN AN INFESTED BUILDING WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE! The new management is a disgrace. While raising the rent prices, the service has been plummeting ever since this dump was bought. They have done NOTHING about the rampant mouse/rat infestation in our building when they have been aware of it for months. They even told our neighbor the rats come because they cook spicy food? Our dishwasher broke so we didn't have one for a month because they took so long to order a new one. The secretary gave out her personal phone number on her card then YELLED at me when she called! The property manager HUNG UP on me when I asked why they would not install our new dishwasher. Half the time you come to the office, there isn't anyone there in office hours. The secretary went around our building asking residents to help pick up trash??? THIS PLACE IS TRASH!"
