"We’ve bee here for 3 years now and we’ve had to deal with roaches and mice We went the whole month of February 2023 without hot water The maintenance team just don’t care to come to you quick when you call them sometimes they don’t even show up at all My dad bought a new car and had temporary tags and went to the office for parking permit and they only give the permit for 2 weeks but the temporary tag expires in 4 weeks so for my dad to get a new permit he’d have to take off work and waste a whole day just to get temporary parking permit renewed But he didn’t want to do that and his car got towed all this because they don’t want to give a temporary permit for a month to someone that pays them rent. And a lot of Robberies happen here I got $300 bicycle stolen in the den And I’ve seen people trying to break into cars"

"Terrible Maintenance Service and Unresponsive Management I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Londonderry Apartments due to their abysmal maintenance service and unresponsive management. The lights in my kitchen have been out for a week, and despite multiple calls for assistance, no one has bothered to show up and fix the issue. Living in a place where basic amenities like functioning lights are neglected is unacceptable. I expected a prompt and efficient response to such a fundamental problem, but Londonderry Apartments has failed to meet even the most basic standards of tenant satisfaction. Additionally, the plumbing situation is a nightmare. If your bathroom happens to be clogged, be prepared to endure days of inconvenience and frustration. Multiple calls are required just to get them to acknowledge the issue, let alone send someone to fix it. It's astonishing how little they seem to care about the well-being and comfort of their residents. I strongly advise potential tenants to think twice before considering Londonderry Apartments. The lack of urgency in addressing maintenance issues and the disregard for tenant concerns make this place a regrettable choice. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more responsible and tenant-friendly living environment."

"If you tell maintenance to not come in your apt unless your there or a certain time they make sure they come when they want n how they want. You can’t reach the leasing office at all and when you walk up there to the leasing office no one is working and everyone’s on they phone. They don’t know what’s going on in they own business. I haven’t been n my apt a half a year and I might have to break my lease because this is just flat out disrespectful to tenants an future tenants . The cops are always in the neighborhood. Was just in the neighborhood for someone dead on they property in the parking lot. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!! Live under a bridge or go back to moms this is not where you want to be"

"If you are looking for a place where your car wheels are stolen, this is the perfect place. 0 security and the staff does not take any action. I am very sorry I rented here. Talking to other people they told me that this has happened several times in this place and they don't take any action. If you want to be calm without thinking that they are going to rob you, I recommend that you look for another place They also have old appliances that they don't fix, dryers that don't work and cockroaches that don't go away."

I attempted to contact them multiple times, hoping for some clarification or assistance, but to no avail. It's concerning when a company fails to address inquiries or concerns from potential tenants. One of the most significant issues I encountered was the complete lack of communication regarding the status of my leasing application. I was left in the dark, with no updates or information provided on the progress of my application. This level of negligence in keeping applicants informed is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of Londonderry Apartments. However, the most frustrating aspect of my experience was dealing with an individual named Eric. Not only did he lack customer service skills, but his knowledge about the leasing process was sorely lacking. I requested that he transfer my call to someone else, as I believed I could get better assistance from another representative. Instead of accommodating my request, he continued to talk and ask for information, only to repeatedly get the details wrong. When I provided him with essential information such as the correctly spelled name and phone number, he proceeded to claim that there was no application under that name. This, in itself, is a shocking display of incompetence. But it didn't end there. Eric then asserted that I was missing several documents, to which I replied that all required documents had been completed and uploaded. He reluctantly agreed, saying, "Yes, you are right.” I cannot do your job for you Eric. This exchange with Eric left me speechless. It's unacceptable for a representative of any organization to treat a prospective tenant in such a condescending and unprofessional manner. It's also baffling that he would admit to his inability to fulfill his job responsibilities, which include assisting and guiding applicants through the leasing process. In summary, my experience with Londonderry Apartments has been marred by a lack of communication, unresponsiveness to inquiries, and an alarming level of ineptitude displayed by an employee named Eric. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and customer service in what should be a straightforward and efficient leasing process. I sincerely hope that Londonderry Apartments takes steps to rectify these issues and provide a more positive and customer-friendly experience for future applicants."
