"I’ve been going to this healthcare provider for well over 20 years. Dr. Smith is a fantastic doctor and very amicable. However, since UPMC has taken over the overall management of the office, it has been next to impossible to contact anyone about anything. It’s almost as if whoever is managing this office is either trying to drive business elsewhere, overwhelmed with their current levels of clientele, or is extremely incompetent. I can’t get answers to simple questions, refill medications I need, or even set up necessary bloodwork. While I love this doctor, I’m seriously considering looking elsewhere."

"Dr. Hefner is a great doctor unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review because the office staff is terrible. My children have been going there for 6 years and it's been the same ladies working there. I'm honestly quite surprised that they are still there, I'm sure other people have said something as well. I called and asked a simple question and the lady that schedules appointments was very rude. Get new office staff, parents shouldn't be made to feel stupid when asking simple questions when it comes to their children."
