"I have lived here for almost three years, and it has been great so far. All the staff are very kind and professional. The maintenance is always fast and wonderful, especially Chavez, which is really great. Importantly, I haven’t had any noise issues! Additionally, there are enough and spacious parking spaces. I highly recommend this apartment to someone looking for a quiet and comfortable place."

"Residences at Rio is an exceptional place to live! I've been here for over half a year and have not heard any neighbor noise at all, from any side. All maintenance issues are addressed almost immediately by Chavez and his staff, and all the common areas are kept impeccably clean by Maria. Michael and Adriana in the front office are very helpful, friendly and always responsive. The management provides social opportunities to meet neighbors on a regular basis, and these events have been enjoyable. It is located in an excellent area, right across the road from almost any retail store/restaurant you'd need. Definitely earns my 5 star review!"

"I have lived at RIO since October 2020 and I moved in with a 2 month old baby. When I tell you they leasing office made everything so easy… living here has been the most stress free building I’ve ever lived in. I came from the Arlington area to here and it’s great living in the area by the lake but it’s also just as great having such a kind staff. From the maintenance man Chavez who fixes everything within a day or two to the leasing manager Michael, who really sold living here to me (not to mention came to the building on thanksgiving to correct an issue we were having with the door due to updates), to the housekeeping of the building. Imagine living somewhere everyone is friendly, being in the perfect area and having a beautiful view everyday. I don’t have to imagine it because I live that everyday. Even the front desk in the leasing office, Terrance is so friendly and helpful. I’ll be so sad when I’m put on orders and have to leave because I don’t think I’ll ever find somewhere as amazing as This place!"

"The Residences at Rio is by far the best apartment experience a young professional one could ask for. In addition to the Rio shopping center is literally right across the street, and downtown crown is only 5 minutes away on foot, the apartment building itself is right around the corner from I-270. The apartment building itself is well maintained and management is responsive, and although the elevator feels a little slow at times, it works. I love using the fitness center; it's practically a private gym with a great set of equipment, and the pool / tennis courts are a huge plus! In-unit Washer and dryer, HVAC , flat utilities fee, and Pet friendly too!"
