"Maintenance said he checked them but I still can’t use my stove burners."

"I know the low price is attractive, but if you can afford somewhere else to live, move there instead. I noticed the ceiling tiles were wet and that mold began to grow on 8/2/2021. I called maintenance and someone came and replaced the tiles the next day. On 8/12 I was awakened around 2:30 am when a ceiling tile fell in my master closet. This was followed by the sound of running water. I called the emergency hotline immediately and spoke with an operator. A few minutes later I received a phone call from maintenance and described the situation to him. He instructed me to turn off the a/c unit as that was probably the source of the leak. I followed his instructions and began to remove damaged personal items out of the closet. As of today, the ceiling tile is still damaged and the a/c doesn't work. I have called multiple times and left messages. The hold times to speak with live person is over an hour. If possible avoid moving into any of the Henderson Webb properties."

"I lived there for 1 year during 2020, I checked my record and they put a case under my name due to rent not being paid, Although I paid rent on time but due to Covid and no one in the office they processed the payment late by. Now I have a case under my record due to 1 late payment due their incompetence. I strongly advise never rent from these people."

"I lived here for almost 6 years and it was great! From management to maintenance was wonderful! They came when I called. The rumors about mice was not my story. I never had 1 in 6 years. The trash would be the only thing I could complain about because it overflows but other than that, it was excellent, thank you guys for everything and I wish things could’ve turned out differently!"

Price wise, we're really pleased. Will recommend this community to anyone looking for a place away from downtown. Looking forward to enjoy this place until we are ready to buy.."
