"Ian from maintenance is amazing. I’ve been having trouble with getting my heat in my unit fixed for months now. Ian came in today, in response to my emergency maintenance request, and fixed my heat in a matter of minutes with no issue. He was very pleasant, timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I wish my experience with all of the maintenance people were as nice as my experience with Ian. I’m thankful that he is a part of the Renew White Marsh staff, thank you again, Ian, I appreciate you"

"I wish that there was a rating less than 1. I would not recommend living here for two reasons the apartment management and maintenance. This is the most unorganized, disrespectful staff I’ve ever had to deal with. They have no sense of professionalism. Some of the managers will even argue with you, rush you out of their office because “they don’t have time for this today.” Maintenance requests are submitted and marked as complete without anyone ever stepping foot into your apartment. You can be without heat for days, even weeks and all they’ll offer is an “im sorry” or bring you a tiny space heater."

"I live in renew Nottingham and I have experienced poor services since I came here one of the most important things you need is heat especially during winter and these new people mock you because of how you have to heat your apartment because they don’t know how to fixed the problem, I leaving definitely but I would not advise anyone to lease here I been without heat since I moved in only to get a promise it will be fixed then sold it to renew owner who do care less if you have heat I’m pilling the walls because I have to place pans of water on the stove and turn the oven on to just generate some heat. This is sad when you are asked how is boiling water heating your apartment was she making fun of my situation I think so when you pay rent @ 1320 a month for a one bedroom sad situation I’m n until lease is up after the winter is gone. I can’t deal with another winter like this"

"Completely horrible property management. They showed me apartments that were already sold without explaining they were using that as a Floorplan example. Why would u tore and apartment that u aren't buying?? Then didn't return my calls for 24 hrs plus. Then I showed up and was brought in the back by the assistant property manager who disrespected me. Had an Completely rude tone and told me that this Is how they do business. I also told the leading agent who originally assigned to me to stay within thr 1200 range no more. She showed me an apparment that was listed for 1190. Confirmed by her and was then told it was sold after my application was approved. Nobody called to let me know. And they offered zero solution. As many of you know I am a business owner as well and will be taking the liberty to report them to the BBB. The entire interaction was unprofessional and pathetic. Don't let TYRA help you and do not let the assistant property manager help. Very very phony fake smiles. The second they realized they messed up they went into damage control mode without thought of customer. On my application the move in date was set for today and the application was approved. They informed me that they had switched the application unit to the one I requested and saw. I then came back this am as a final view. Was given the keys and all just to show up at 5pm asking for my.lease to be sent just to find out the unit was number one already sold. Number 2. The unit was 1300. Not thr 1190 we discussed. And that she had no other units available for my needs for at least till the end of the month. Ans today was supposed to be my move in date. This is absolutely disgusting. Lastly. These units are old beat up units that have plumbing issues and are all recently renovated to look cheaply nice. Don't fall for it. Speak up don't sign the lease. Now I have bge and renters insurance on a apparment that's already rented. And have wasted 250 dollars on an application fee. Renew White marsh you disgust me and I look forward to spreading the word. If I could pay for an anti YALL add I would instead of rent. That's how bad yall are. You've been warned."

"Let me start with saying Candida is amazing in the leasing office! She was very attentive to all my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new home. If it was more people in the world like Candi, this world would be a better place. I moved in and the process went smoothly and I appreciate everything she did. Thank you so much Candi, you are a beautiful person. Also Davan that works with maintenance came over to make sure everything was working properly. He was very helpful. Thanks again guys for everything!"
