"The 3 reviews posted on here focus on the front office & telephone equipment issues. My family is seeking a local endocrinologist with the ability to provide answers to our questions/concerns. A doctor who is providing excellent care to their patients should be the first person a patient should notify to voice concerns/complaints about their staff. I highly doubt a busy doctor has the time to read reviews on a Google search therefore complaining about their office staff on this forum isn't going to solve the problem. Endo's in our area are few & far between, we are limited in choices. If anyone is a patient of a local M.D. we'd love to hear (read) about it under these reviews asap. Thx."
"8-2-22 My first experience. I never met my doctor. I was rescheduled for my first appointment with them being told due to my job I have limited free time and couldn't be rescheduled. Then my first "visit" was a phone call a few days later. The PA ordered a full blood panel and failed to inform me that I'd have to be at the lab by 8 AM for the tests. Apparently 10:30 AM on my day off wasn't good enough and after the lab called the office to get approval to do it they refused it and said I'd have to reschedule it. Then after I called the office to inform them of my very underwhelming experience and I'd be seeking care elsewhere, they not only discharged me, but my wife also. I can't speak on the doctor but the office staff has set a pretty low bar."
"This this place is absolutely terrible. I've been calling for 2 days probably called 20 times to get my test results. I've used this place for 2 years and I've been nothing but disappointed. I even had an appointment I called an hour after my initial appointment because no one had called me they said someone would call. An hour later no one had still called so I tried to call again while I was calling they had tried to call me tried to switch the phone over they hung up. Immediately I tried to call them again and no answer. As someone with an ongoing condition trying to see if my cancer is spreading I'm extremely disappointed they should care more about their patients. I just want my blood test results."
