"Lori G. demonstrated full incompetence in attempting to do my taxes. She rushed me out of the office not knowing where I stand on my taxes. This is unacceptable for a tax professional. She failed to notify me of any information for a week claiming she was to booked to find out the information to complete my return. That is not my problem. I made my appointment last year. After waiting for over a half hour of the time of my prescheduled appt, still here I am a week later with no information on my return. Furthermore, I forgot my ID and she didn't have a problem with it at the time because I could just email it to her or upload it to my account later (her words)..but then had the audacity to say she couldn't finish until she had that but in fact she couldnt finish because she did not know how to put in my student aid information. Do not allow her to do your taxes is my advice. She is incompetent and rude."

"Went in started my taxes tonight was quoted a price we agreed on then they called me 10:10 at night to tell me my mistake and wanted to charge me double what I was already quoted. Very bad business practice won't be using them anymore."
