"I called this place and asked for an ultrasound. They sd the nurse was busy she would have to call me back. I stated that I worked night shift and I will be going to sleep, as I'm very tired from working all night. Could she call me the next day. They sd shes not in on Wednesday. I asked could she call me on Thursday morning. They sd of course. I never recieved a call on thursday at all. The nurse calls on Tuesday after I told them I was going to bed. So either they didnt relay the message to the nurse or nobody bothered to listen to me, or they dont care. People who listen especially in the health care setting is very important. If you dont have staff that care enough to listen thats just a bad practice. I'm 42 and pregnant with my 1st child. The exhaustion is terrible, but no1 cares here! Thanks for not calling back or helping me."

"My fiancé and I came here to confirm her pregnancy, the staff has been fantastic and very supportive. We just returned today for an ultrasound and the ladies that performed the ultrasound were lovely, helpful and personal. Highly recommend for anyone needing help with their pregnancy."
