Always on the Move:

"I went today for the first time and had a wonderful experience until the end. Everyone was friendly and professional until the last person, Dan, who is horribly rude, mean and unprofessional. I was greeted by a woman at the desk who was friendly and professional (found out later her name was Diane). Then after a short wait I was greeted by the VetTech (professional) and then the Vet (professional) and after the visit, the Vet came out to explain what condition my kitten was in and what I need to do going forward.(professional). Then I had to pay. Dan explained I would save $20 if I paid cash (I didn't know, it was my first visit) and I asked if I could drive down the road to my bank and I'd leave my credit card... My daughter-in-law would also wait there with the cat. He insisted I had to leave my driver's license but I had to drive to the bank. When I explained I was uncomfortable driving without my license he raised his voice and was extremely rude to me. I was really embarrassed and hurt by the experience. When I came back to pay (driving without a license) Diane took my money and was friendly and professional. I asked her if I was rude and she said no. She even apologized for the experience. After I left my daughter-in-law said Dan continued to rant on about "how hard it is to be nice to some people" after I left. I was very upset about how rude he was to me :("

They answered all of my questions and even reassured me. The vet was very thorough and nice. Overall, I’m very content and have made a second appointment for Linus. Highly recommended!
