"In the past year, Trinity Women’s Health Center has declined in patient care/customer service DRASTICALLY. It starts at the front office with a lack of empathy, organization, and efficiency. Front office staff gives medical advice, which is inaccurate and should be addressed by actual doctors. If you do receive a call back from a doctor, it’s days after you’ve called with your original concerns. Patients are not provided care or seen as individuals. The practice uses a one size fits all approach. Trinity no longer offers VBACS, which is a giant decline in healthcare practices. Now, the newer doctor at the practice refuses to perform circumcisions. There is only one doctor who actually advocates for Trinity, while the other doctors complain about being short staffed, not having resources, and not having proper response times of the the staff they do have. This is not a place that seems efficient or safe to deliver a baby. They are quick to schedule inductions/csections, which do not follow the natural flow of pregnancy and childbirth. Locally, our options are poor. I’d suggest looking into Wheeling or Boardman if you want a safer and more efficient experience."
