"Dealing with depression is bad enough. But finally finding the courage to talk to a complete stranger about your problems and them not even pretending to care about what you're going through is worse. I had my first session set up as a couple's counseling with my boyfriend with Melinda Rulli. She then told me that we did not need couple's counseling and could clearly see I needed the treatment. She did not take any of my personal information, and then had "scheduled" me an appointment for the following month. My 2nd appointment came up and I had shown up early to give them my insurance and personal information, for as they did not have ANYTHING about me. She walks out to the waiting room and was confused as to why my boyfriend and I were there and proceeded to tell us our appointment had been "cancelled" for the day and had never bothered contacting him since they had his contact info. Later on we found out that she never told the person who sets up the appointments to put me down for that date and time. She then "made time for us anyways" since we were there. I once again opened up, telling her how severe my depression had gotten, while she sat there and continuously kept checking her watch as if she had better things to do. Once again, session ended and she would not take my personal information and told me I would be getting a phone call from the nurse to schedule a medical consultation about possible medication and yet again scheduled me another appointment with herself. I called not two weeks later to schedule an appointment with the nurse, and to reschedule the previous appointment Melinda had made, only to be told I couldn't do either of those because I wasn't a patient there, my name wasn't on the account, and that my name was nowhere in their system. Needless to say, this experience was very discouraging and have yet to find another place to give my business."

"I had my first appointment with Melinda Rulli several months ago, we scheduled my next appointment, and I was never contacted. I gave the benefit of the doubt and scheduled another appointment. She called me that time, but today I was stood up again. I was also told that I would be contacted to be put on meds, and I have still not heard from anyone. It has been 4 months. It feels horrible to be paying someone to care, but they don't even have the decency to pretend to care."

"I had to visit Family Care to get prescription refills after my provider left Psycare, downstairs. As part of my intake, they did a drug screening and the results came back were categorically not mine. When I brought my concerns to the staff, I was treated like a liar. I asked for a blood test to clear up the drug test results. That was three weeks ago. I also wore a heart monitor for a couple of days around the same time. I have not heard back about either and have left several messages. This office has made things difficult for my wife and I time and again. It's time to move to another provider. I worked with some good people at Psycare, but it's no longer worth the hassles."
