"While I love Dr.Dodig and have great respect for him I will no longer return to this clinic. It took me a while to write this as I was so unbelievably shocked at my last visit 3 months ago. After just receiving the news that I have polycythemia I went for my appt there. Upset I asked receptionist if I could reschedule bc obviously I had a lot to take in. Her response was so rude I asked to speak with her on the side. She allowed me back to yell at me and tell me if I couldn’t do the paperwork she would have to. Couldn’t wait to get out of there as the unprofessional and disrespect were astounding. Dr. Dodig I really deserve a letter to you to explain why you are losing your patients."

"Not sure why I even went for appointment. Explained my problems in detail and never got a prescription and never even got examined to see the problem. Extremely disappointed. Took my money and time and got absolutely NO help at all. Went home still in pain and burning. What a joke!"

"I was a patient at this place and my wait time was reasonable. On the day of my procedure, I waited 10 minutes before being called back and was in and out of procedure in under an hour. Staff was very professional and caring. Would recommend this office highly."

"Scheduled an appointment about 10 days ahead of the visit which seemed pretty quick to see a specialist and was told I would be seeing Dr. Dodig. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment and the office was packed with people waiting in the lobby that had been there an extended period of time. 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was called up, gave basic information and was told to pay my copay upfront. I did, it was another 20 minutes until I was called back to a room. Was never seen by the doctor, only a nurse practioner. Why at a specialists office, for a first visit, would I not be seen by the doctor I was told the appointment would be with? Was also hastily prescribed testing to mail in which was out of network and set up for a bunch of other kind of invasive testing. No easy bloodwork, or start with one test, then consider more if needed. Just seems rushed and like the purpose was to maximize the number of patients and testing the office can run for more $. I will not be coming back. I second the other person's review on here saying this was the BMV of gastroenterology. It was literally packed like the lobby of a BMV and none of the people working there looked terribly happy to be there."

"The lady who runs the front desk needs to be fired. She is absolutely pathetic at her job of checking people in. She told me to sign in and she’d call my name and then rudely shut the window on me. waited over an hour and when she called me up to the window I said I need instructions for my upcoming colonoscopy…she said why didn’t I just say that in the beginning, that I didn’t need to wait…WHAT!!!? She shut the window on me before I could utter a word as to why I was there. She’s unpleasant, stressed out and an absolute wreck at her simple job. This is the first impression of this place….now, im scared to get the actual procedure if this is what this office deems as acceptable. Very pathetic…and the place has like 45 plus people waiting in the lobby…this is truly the BMV of gastroenterology. STAY AWAY."
