"I love Bernard and Vincent! The great experiences heavily outweigh the bad ones, which are very few over my 28 years of experience here."

"If you can get them to answer the phone, that's only half of the battle. I was almost there, when they finally answered and told me to come in at 11:15. So I got there early, which didn't do anyone any good. I finally saw the Dr and she was really nice. So I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription. Spent the afternoon there, waiting for them to send the prescription. I kept trying to call them, so did the pharmacist. They absolutely would not answer the phone. I never did get my prescription . I just went home and suffered through my earache. They are about as friendly as a electric fence there. Do yourself a favor and just go to the emergency room."

"Took my little sister to her appointment because they my mom couldn't. As soon as we walked in we came up to the desk and said we had an appointment for (my sisters name) and right off the bat the very old smaller lady with brown/grayish hair just sits there and says "and you are?" Doesn't even check her computer to confirm appointment or anything. Honestly looked like shed been sitting there doing nothing for a while. I continue to say I'm a guardian, our mom couldnt make it because shes in erie. She said something about information needed updated, and huffed and got up to ask the doctor if they would still see us. Came back and basically said no. By that time I had our mom on the phone and asked her if shed like to confirm with her that it's okay that I bring her and she says no rudely. I've grown up going to this doctors office. I dont understand why we treated that why. Our family has seen dr Vincent proy since I was like 10. I dont understand why we were denied our appointment just because something wasnt updated. Maybe they should have someone else helping patients at the desk. Cause whatever that lady was doing, ain't it."

"The doctor I saw deserves five stars, but the people in the reception office deserve three. The staff plays very bad music 80s, 90s and later loud rock, at a loud volume, so the time spent waiting in the cubicle is sheer torture. The doctor is fantastic, but not sure the torture is worth it."

"I've going here for a very long time. It was always so easy to get someone to answer the phone and make an appointment. However, the past few months something has changed... I can't ever get through even if I call over and over all day long and when I did finally get ahold of someone they wouldn't give me an appointment. They told me to call the next morning at 7:30am and I'd be sure to have a doctor available to see me that day. Well first of all, I'm not up that early and don't want to set my alarm to get up just to call them. Secondly, I only really see one doctor there and always have. She knows everything about my past and I'm comfortable with her work. One of the doctors I even refuse to see. I don't know why nobody answers the phones anymore, and they say leave a message but that is pointless because they never ever return your call and why can't we just make appointments like before and like every other doctors office? I'm upset because this place has my PCP and I live in Corry. I wish they would go back to the way things were. For example, I called and called today and left a message with my number. I need to get one step PPD test and read before January 5th and it's extremely important because if I don't I can't work and I don't think it will happen just because nobody at the Medical Group will answer the phone. There has to be something done. Immediately. Please."
