"Giving no stars would be the experience with Manassas Ballet Theatre. There are some wonderful people associated with this organization that truly love ballet and work exhaustibly to present professional productions and to train children well in this artistic genre. The downside is poor management. There is considerable inappropriate misconduct amongst the staff and students. Best to seek a facility that protects your daughters and young women."

"Unique and fantastic part of the Manassas community in both its theater and academy. I appreciate its inclusion of adult amateur dancers who love ballet and dance just as much as the younger students. I have noticed extreme improvement in my technique in just one year. Hannah and Amy are fantastic teachers. They are very thorough and hands on, and they encourage intricate and helpful corrections without condoning unrealistic or unhealthy practices. This environment encourages both technique improvement and love for the art. MBT productions are also on the same level of other professional ballets nationwide. So thankful for this organization!"

"Manassas Ballet Theatre is surprisingly good, with talented dancers and exquisite costumes. The quality is way beyond what you would expect from a local group - I have seen ballet at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and I enjoyed Manassas Ballet Theatre just as much. I enjoyed watching the troupe dance with a live orchestra at Hylton Performing Arts Center to Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty in May 2018, Swan Lake in Mar. 2018, Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet in May 2017, and the Nutcracker in Dec. 2017. With a live orchestra, stunning costumes, and professionally trained Russian dancers in many lead roles, this ballet troupe is a valuable addition to the northern Virginia theatrical arts scene."
