"Since my mother and father loved dance so much, I figured it was time to give it a try. My dad recommended I come to a Fred Astaire studio as he was once an instructor a lifetime ago. After my first intro lesson I was hooked and signed up for the beginner package with plans to continue. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff at my time of Susannah, Stacy, Kelly, and Fabio run an amazing shop and always bring a good time with their love for the craft. They are always willing to spend an extra minute helping you work on something you're struggling with and will challenge you to be better. In just 6 lessons (and a few parties) I feel very comfortable dancing to all my favorite songs in Swing and Hustle and picked up some Bachata and Salsa skills as well. The Fred Astaire Reston crew has played a key role in me finding a new lifetime passion."

"My husband and I decided at the last minute to take dance lessons, in the hope of not embarrassing ourselves during our first dance at our wedding. We had a total of 7 lessons with Stacey (1 trial + 6 actual lessons), and they were BEYOND worth it! She choreographed a full routine to our chosen song, pushed us juuust past our comfort zone with what we thought we were willing/able to do, and took videos each lesson so we could practice at home. Our guests told us it was the best first dance they've ever seen!
