"Their customer service is horrible. The sales rep I initially worked with was wonderful. It was actually the owner that had poor customer service skills. I went to pick up 2 orders and one of them was "out of stock." They didn't call or email beforehand even when I called to inform them I was on my way to pick up. I understand that items / food sells out, but it's also customary to apologize. But a simple apology was never given. Instead there were several microaggressions that occurred (I am a Black small business owner). I was treated as though my order was not important. The owner asked me what type of business I had and I told her. 5 min later, she asked me again (as if she didn't believe I owned a business). I try to support women-owned businesses, but in turn those women should also support women-owned businesses. However, today I left with the belief that the owner didn't take me or my business seriously because I was African-American. I did not feel supported or valued as a customer in the least. I did give 1 star because of the sales rep I spoke with initially (the rep alone deserves 5 stars). She was thorough, friendly and had the customer skills the owner lacks."
