"Horrible place and a rip off. I took my bunny there and every single time, they have given the wrong medications and they do not do diagnostic testing. They guess whats wrong. The staff is also extremely inconsiderate and rude. Dont go to this place. Avoid going here at all costs unless if you want your animal to die."

"They did not care. I really needed Dr. Wagner to see me right away because I have a bird and birds die in 24 hours if something is wrong and they are not seen. This is January 30 and I was told they do not take emergencies. They can not schedule me to come in until March."

I know that, no matter what, they are in good hands, with the most knowledgeable vet I've ever known. I'd drive hours for him to care for my buns, if I had to. "My experience with Dr. Wagner and Tracy was amazing! They pick up your animal from the car, let you fill out a sheet asking general questions about your pet and tell you when they will be done with diagnosing and/or surgery. They are relatively quick but they are both very busy. When I went to pick up my rats, she gave me instructions on how to care for them for the next couple of weeks along with medicine. Not to mention, they are LOW COST! I will definitely be back for my animals in the future."
