"Can't even provide basic care. Negligence helped lead to infection in our pup and extra $500 bill at a different vet. Proper care could have prevented it. Also, apparently doesn't have coverage or even recommended alternative in case of vet unavailability. Unfortunately, we will be finding another vet."

"Very caring vet that goes above and beyond to help out animals that need care. He has taken care of my dogs, cats and horses for years. He has also taken care of strays I have found. I trust him with all my pet babies!"

"I would like to give ZERO stars to this vet who inconvenienced me 2 times and has the personality of a flea! Both of my pups neuters were abruptly cancelled at the last minute/no explanation. My dog wasn’t able to get boosters due to the Doctors abandoment! I initially went to this facility due to my physician being on sabbatical. Someone recommend ha! The pup had initial vaccinations here needing boosters in 30 days, which they told me could not be done due to the Doctor being absent. Incompetence in my opinion. When I met the vet he was cold no bedside manner whatsoever. He administered prepared vaccines and exited the room. Ckd nothing on dog gums temp etc even though I was charged for an exam. The one star is for the office staff who were friendly. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!! If your reading this “Doc” maybe refund my money, it’s the Christian thing to do! I’ll also add I placed and moved the pup around table positioned pup for shots, he didn’t even want to do this! Bizarre Not sure how you sleep at night!"

"My cat had blood in urine. I called so many vets who said it’d take a month to be seen. Animal hospitals said if she was stable, they wouldn’t see her. I called Dr Frank and SAME day he saw her. She ended up having a bladder stone. He performed her surgery and called me immediately to let me know the procedure was difficult. Then around 9pm he called me AGAIN to update me and share how she had done over the last few hours in recovery. I visited her next day in evening and he was still around at 830pm with the animals in the back. The man cares. He is honest and blunt. He won’t do unnecessary work on your animal to make money. If you want amazing and urgent care without playing you, this place is perfect. If you’re looking for a vet to hug you, go to a therapist. I’m blown away how he fit my cat in urgently and her surgery. The vet techs and assistants are so kind and awesome too."
