"This has been run by the same family for years. They are wonderful folks who even questioned my brother the first time they saw him with my son, since they didn't know my brother. "Absolutely the most depressing, rude, and impersonal employees I've encountered at any store in a long while. Specifically the girl with glasses who was wearing street clothes at the register! Along with the woman who seemed to be the manager who was in the back. They both seemed to hate their jobs along with the people who come in and give them their hard earned money. I saw the girl up front roll her eyes at someone when they said have a nice night! Along with a few other things I noticed about this stuck up employee, I know I wouldn't want someone that rude working for my business. I will never come here again and will be sure to let people know to stay away from the employees inside and pay at the pump if you're in desperate need for gas."
"I went to this gas station to get gas and wanted to split the transaction. The person behind the counter said that was okay. I went to put 3 dollars on the first card as I was trying to empty the account to close it. When the guy at the register swiped my card, he handed me a receipt. He did NOT split my transaction and caused my card to overdraft. He then refused to refund the transaction and told me it was my banks problem not his. He continued to say they could not split transactions but had no response other than 'okay' when I asked why he had told me I could if I couldn't and went through with the transaction without telling me. I will never get gas here again and will recommend to all I know to take the extra 2 mins to go into Charles Town."
