"They used to groom my Bichon Diamond. They were good at first but it didn't work out at the end. Unfortunately there werent any appointment reminders and given I was chronically sick at the time, we had to change appointments. Then we had scheduled an appointment then I had a death in the family and I had to go out of town and they told me to find another groomer and left me high and dry."
