"I would like to highlight Katie, Bella, and Savannah that work in the Kids Gym. I confidently drop off my two babies every single day - 2 years old and 9 months old - knowing that they will be fully taken care of. I have full confidence, in all three of those girls, that they will make my kiddos smile, laugh, and feel safe & loved. They always know what to do to keep them active and busy - like blowing bubbles, coloring / drawing, doing puzzles, and playing basketball with them. I love picking them up because I know that they will be exhausted, right in time for a good nap. Katie, Bella, and Savannah are: 1. Super professional and friendly. 2. Natural at taking care of young children. 3. Excellent at making children feel comfortable and loved, away from their parents. 5 stars ⭐️ for all three of them!"

"Dropped in to TFE Chantilly a couple times and I'm just now leaving a review. Front Desk staff are very helpful, polite, and welcoming. No pushy sales for non-members, which is great. I just want to check in and go work out. The facility is clean, has lots of equipment, and they're never crowded. They have combo locker so no need to bring your own lock. Very convenient. Bring a towel or rent one for $2"

"Friendly staff and clean facilities. Functional room can be crowded at times. Good mix of standard machines, free weights, and functional training. Have some unique and useful machines like belt squat and hip thrust machine. Sauna is a decent size and rarely full based on what I've seen, but only gets up to 170F. Kids gym is convenient for when kids are off school and the parents night out is also nice to take advantage of."

The flexible contract ensures you have options to commit to improving your health and discipline yourself to get to the gym, you will see the payoff immediately. The facilities are well managed and clean. The group classes are so much fun! The personal trainers such as Matthew are a delight to work with.
