Our team of instructors includes Donnie, who transitioned from collegiate wrestling to amateur boxing and now competes in both boxing and MMA. Kerry, with a background in martial arts and break dancing, brings a unique perspective to boxing with a focus on footwork. Spencer, also known as "Swoletron," has a passion for fitness and health after overcoming weight challenges in his mid-20s.
Gerard, our Head Trainer, has been involved in boxing since childhood and is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of the sport to members of all skill levels. Our classes offer a full-body workout, combining cardio, muscle building, and stress relief through hitting heavy bags.
