"Generally staff is polite, except for today. Fees are reasonable. Ranges are very good with solid equipment. The check in process to get to the range is a bit more complex than it needs to be. Rather than simply signing in, paying then getting a lane assignment, at Silver Eagle you get a stamped card at the main desk, then you have to go to another desk to buy targets and ammo, that's another transaction . Then you have to give your card to a range officer who may or may not be readily available walking around near the ranges. Then the range officer gives you a number and calls your number if there is a wait, then escorts you through the doors to access the range. I'm a former member at Elite and in my humble opinion they had a better, simpler, system. In general however SEG is a nice place with a well run organization. These are my only gripes."
"Loved it... a very neat and organised indoor shooting range. They take their safety very seriously. A really good range of guns are available in their store. Was there on a Saturday morning, and it wasn't busy, but when leaving around noon, it started to fill up."

"I came here from Texas after finishing up a business trip in DC. The staff was friendly. The check-in process is rather easy for guests. Pricing was reasonable. Plenty of selection with gun rentals. Facilities are great. Definitely recommend."
"I went there as a tourist without any prior gun shooting experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the gun selection was really wide and i felt safe and well taken care of by the instructor. What an exciting day, 10 out of 10. We will be back!"
