"Rare find! This gym has it all. It's not busy. The staff and owners are very personable. The equipment is new. The place is very clean. They keep it nice and cool. So it is not hot. The trainers are very knowledgeable. The owners are actually accomplished elite athletes. Where else can you get that? They train CrossFit. They train Spartan races. They train Savage Race. They train ultra Marathon. They train marathons. They train running. They train lifting. They train strength. They are experts in overall health, wellness, and fitness. They coach for all sports. There is an advanced strength measuring area that has electronic measuring devices with mobile apps that you can dial in your exact strength as it grows over the time periods. I have never seen a gym that has that. That was worth the cost of admission. Come here if you want that personal, non corporate exercise gym setting.
