"I’ve trained at other gyms and this one really stands out. The friendliness, professionalism, and overall vibe of the whole place is top notch. Everyone shares the same passion too so learning here is nice. It’s not too aggressive and really focuses on establishing strong fundamentals. The gym is also very clean! They promote cleanliness and clean the mats three times a day. If you train here, you won’t be disappointed."

"I have to say this is an amazing school! They have a unique ability to tailor highly structured Curriculum To each individual. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed. The coaches are world caliber and we are fortunate to have such skilled coaches. We live in Alexandria which is about a hour away...there are other schools much closer but we won't compromise on quality for convince! My kids have experienced HUGE leaps in health and confidence and watching them come into their own makes me so proud! This school makes you feel like family from day one.
