"I had a 2:00 appointment, which I arrived early for. There was nobody else in the waiting room when I arrived. Not only was I not taken on time, but the phlebotomist never looked at me the entire time I was at the lab. Part of the Phlebotomist,s training should be how to deal with the public. Although she was proficient at her job, her demeanor could use a lot of improvement. I will not return here for my future lab work."
