"I was late for my appointment because I thought it was 6:40, when it was 6:20. I was still able to be seen with just a 15min wait. I was in and out with no delay. The nurse and process was pleasant! I'll definitely come here for my bloodwork moving forward!"

"I'll never go there again. I was scheduled for a routine blood test. I have United Healthcare insurance with no Co-pay for this test. I gave them my Insurance card and they claimed my insurance was not paying for this routine blood test and I needed to give them a credit card to pay for this test. I told them no and left. I went home called my insurance company and they were shocked that Quest would ask for a credit card to pay for that blood test that was covered 100% by them. Something was very wrong with this whole experience. I went to another lab and they put my card through with no problem. Never again."

See photos Very professional and caring technician, pleasant, up beat and extremely courteous. Quick, painless and no discomfort drawing blood. Took extra step of calling doctor's office to clarify an issue. Everyone has their own experiences and opinions, this one is mine."

"I had a scheduled appointment to get my glucose test done today. I arrived on time at 11:30am and I was told at that time “ we are not doing this today we close at 12 this test is an hour” when I asked why I was allowed to schedule a test at 11:30 when I selected it was a glucose test she got even more annoyed. When I went to leave she argued with me. Walked out into the lobby and was yelling at me with her hands in the air with three other customers in the waiting room, so she is now speaking about my medical needs in front of other patients and violated my hipaa rights. Not only do I have an extremely high risk pregnancy and on bed rest, I was denied service. Your employee was extremely unprofessional and had no empathy."
