"This panda express location is at the first floor food court area. This place has long line on Weekend lunch time. Parking requires patience in order to find a parking spot on first floor. Order the food online and went to pick up the food. The time I went, the food was not even prepared and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get the order food. It's either short of staff and I can tell that the staff is also so stress out because few paid customers are asking for cups and other things while the customer who is about to pay is still waiting for their turn to pay."
"Food is very good. Service was bad. The lines stretched out the door while 2 servers, one for entree, and one for sides, tend to customers. Servers also prioritized doing online orders more than the customers in front of them. Slow service overall."
"I asked the lady ringing me up for a small fountain drink (rosa). She added it to the order and I paid for it. She handed me my food but no drink. I waited and tried to get her attention so she’d hand me the cup. A man next to me asked what size and he grabbed it and handed it to me. The lady then rudely accused me of stealing and another said “she didn’t pay for that.” I handed them my receipt which proved I paid for it. She took a glance then threw it away. Terrible service and bad food."
