"Stay far away. This company never answers the phone or returns voicemails. Their communication for a business is horrible. They will block and screen your call or put you on hold and not answer. Our home warranty company called them out for our faucet in the kitchen that stopped working. I mentioned that it was a touch faucet and it’s a little different than a normal faucet to repair or replace. I mentioned that it’s a solenoid not opening back up to let water thru as we have had no other issues in our home. They send two guys out both told me they had never worked with these faucets. They couldn’t fix it and then told me that they probably wouldn’t be able to replace it since they only replace normal faucets and that I should call delta to get them to warranty the faucet. I’ve been calling and so have the home shield warranty company but no one because they still haven’t turned the paper into the home warranty company so they can approve the replacement. Do yourself a favor and look for another plumber!! Don’t call them because they won’t answer."
"These guys are great. We use them through our home warranty provider. The guys are always super pleasant and knowledgeable. They got in there and got the job done. We will continue to reach out to them even if we don’t use the home warranty."
"Appointment was scheduled through my home warranty company, they called me the next day and the person on the phone was very nice and helpful and was able to move some stuff around so I could have them come when I was home. The gentlemen that came were very kind and professional and got the job done quickly. I didn't hear any cussing or anything from the basement (not that I'd have complained if I did), and they even suggested a lint trap for my washer outlet, which is something I didn't know I needed! Overall 10/10 experience."
"MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A ITEMIZED BILL BEFORE BOOKING A PROJECT. They Installed a floor drain. I paid thousands and the floor is unfinished. I have called three times and emailed, No one gets back to you. It’s been a month. I don’t know how my money was spent and the work is unfinished."
"STAY AWAY!!? Poor communication. They have not answered the phone (they have multiple numbers) or returned calls to/from me or our home warranty company. 5 days of no hot water and this company still has not made contact with us. The crew they sent out seemed to be good- minus them not speaking with our home warranty company’s authorization department for work."
