"We have been clients with DePorre for many years and would only trust the doctors and staff to care for animals. Specifically Dr Fox. We met doctor Fox years ago when she first started under bad circumstances with our dog, she was professional and trustworthy and helped us through a difficult time. Fast forward to 4 dogs later each always under her care and we still call Dr. Fox the most caring and compassionate vet out there, and her entire staff and team of doctors exemplifies these same traits. Most recently the last two weeks have been another very challenging time for us and our golden retriever. Dr Fox as always exceeded our expectations and had the keen sense to test our dog for Lepto. This test takes 5 days for results and she strongly recommended we start treatment in case by small chance it was positive. We trusted her recommendation and we are so glad we did. Yesterday our dogs results came back positive and we are already 5 days in on therapy. The days have not been easy and we remain cautiously guarded, that she will pull through this! The customer service representative greeted us immediately and put us right into a room so my kitties saw no dogs! Dr. Packard and her technician Karen were awesome! They listened to my concerns, offered great suggestions and gave a medical plan moving forward. They are Fear Free Certified and a Cat Friendly professional as well. The cost is reasonable, and I can see why my neighbor recommended DePorre!"
