"Wilson's Doctors and support staff did a wonderful job caring for our dog. He ingested a sock and needed emergency surgery on Christmas day. The hospital was well staffed, it was clean, and the entire staff was empathetic and caring. They were also priced fairly. I'd encourage anyone in need of veterinary care to visit them. I'd also like to thank them again for the care they provided our dog."

"!WARNING! I’m beyond livid with this place and suggest you take your loved pets ANYWHERE ELSE. As they do NOT care for the pets well. I’ve had bad experiences here before — they have experience with my dogs uncommon condition and did good for the previous surgery. ONLY reason we brought him back. I took my dog in today for a CT scan and when he was under anesthesia they didn’t ask but took it upon themselves to cut his nails. Clearly they use dogs that are on anesthesia to practice on. Almost every paw has 2 cut quicks. And one exposed quick on his front paw!!! In the pictures some look like the bullseye but it’s actually dried blood. My dogs nails are longer because he has nail trimming trauma. I take my time cutting his nails to ensure it’s a good experience and and this will no doubt set us backwards! Not pleased."

"Please read reviews with the understanding that pets are part of the family, and with that comes a lot of emotions and worry...especially if there is extra time to wait and money to spend that isn't always there. I'm switching to Wilson's as our full time vet, because of our experience. We had a reasonable amount of wait time, were surprised the pricing was less than our regular vet, and were treated with kindness. We went to the ER with a sick kitty, and the treatment of both her and our family was very kind and understanding. She spent the night in the hospital for meds and more testing, but when the true (inoperable) source of the problem was found we took her home (heavily medicated) for a few bonus days of love and spoiling. Making the decision to say goodbye to a pet is always tough, and Dr. Dincau listened and helped us work through our thoughts and feelings to make the best decision for both Sparklez and our family. I would recommend Wilson's to anyone who is in a situation where emergency vet services are needed."

"Took my cat in for a blocked bladder. The staff was so caring. They took the time I needed to understand everything. I was never rushed or brushed off when I came in to see him while he was hospitalized. And they were thorough. I hope I never have to use the hospital again but if I do, this is where I’ll take all my pets."

"This is the best orthopedic surgery veterinary hospital you will find to intrust the care of your pets. Our vet said our Boxer had torn ligaments and needed bi lateral TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) surgery. We checked with some places near us and not only didn’t we like the attitudes of the vets, nor did we like the prices or the processes explained to us. They would do only one leg at a time and there were charges for everything so each surgery would have been $7,000 plus totaling over $14,000. Also forcing our dog to go under anesthesia twice. And the mental trauma of everything twice. So research we did. Long story short we found Wilson Veterinary Hospital. The staff is top notch with their education and experience. So we made an appointment and met Dr Vitale. After he checked out our dog and read the X rays he explained everything to us. Both surgeries with one time under anesthesia. One price covering surgeries, meds, tests, follow ups and X rays. $5,000. A week later the surgeries were completed. A couple months and follow ups later our baby was walking like a champ. By summer he was running and playing like a new dog. Enough good things can’t be said about WVH and the staff. They literally saved our dogs life and did it at a price that didn’t break the bank. Something else worth noting. If you have dogs you know how they are apprehensive about visiting the Vet, even for just a check up. Our dog was excited after the first follow up every time we went to Wilson’s. Dr. Vitale and everyone else must have made an impression that only a dog could understand. Thank you!!!"
