"Closes everyday at 940pm. Not sure why they can't hire a manager who actually works the full time. Glenburnie closes at 10pm. No matter what. Way better management there. This store needs a better leader. Why would you scare customers away. Customers are who keep the store here. If you make every customer mad because you close the door in there face. Eventually you may be not busy anymore. There are other stores. To be honest. I started going to Glenburnie. Why? Because they care more. There store has more stocked shelves. They don't close the door on your face before there closed. Google says your open. But standing at the door and your closed. I used to be a everyday customer. They knew me very well. I get home late. I had a routine. Would come to family dollar right after I start dinner for my kids. Run over grab what I need and get out. After them closing early. Then tell8ng me that there not going to let me in even though there still open. I decided to change my routine. Go to Glenburnie. Why would I go to a place that dose not care to help customers. I actually thought I was friends with them. Until they did it to me a few times. I realized they don't care about me. I actually stopped staying late at work helping customers because of this. I just don't get why I would stay open more then a hour some times. Just trying to make my customers happy. No one will do it for you. I gave up. Thanks for making me realize. This word is messed up for this exact reason. Keep up the bad work... I'm sure you will get a raise.."
