"Stayed here for a business trip for 2 weeks. Comfortable rooms—housekeeping comes daily. I did have a room by the fitness center and woke up early a couple of times due to noise but I managed with ear plugs. Staff offered to change my room but I was leaving the next day—big plus. Menu is limited but options available are delicious. Room service was great the few times I used it. Breakfast was delicious. The evening reception was great. The servers were attentive and friendly. Parking is on site (have to have your parking decal on display) and use your hotel key—big plus as I felt secure returning in the evening. It is close to main attractions—Uber will be your friend. I’ll definitely stay here again for business or personal vacation."

"It’s a huge hotel in a good location somewhat close to the Metra. I wasn’t aware there would be a mandatory travelers fee but they allowed me to be reimbursed via some snacks from their convenience store. There is an indoor pool by the entrance. The free breakfast was good with tons of options to choose from but busy seating. Rooms are large and comfortable."

"We had a very relaxing stay here! Our first time in Embassy Suites but we will absolutely return for family trips and we are also considering whether we might be an all-inclusive family after all! The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, especially at breakfast time. We all really enjoyed the evening reception. Kids enjoyed the pool and we were really happy with the well-equipped gym."

"I like the location of this hotel. It is strategically located and it was easy for me to walk to many restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, convenience store and the metro station. The hotel itself is good but nothing to scream about. The room is spacious with two queen sized beds with a living area so it is great for families and they serve hot breakfast every morning which is very convenient. I also liked that they are equipped with gym facilities, a swimming pool, hot tub and coin operated laundry. The layout of the hotel is inconvenient as the elevators are located in one corner of the building and if your room is on the other side you have to make a massive loop just to go down and I wish I have access to the stairs so it is closer. I was disappointed with housekeeping, which doesn't leave my room feeling clean because they did not clear hair from the bathtub or refill the shampoo and shower gel dispensers (I had to ask for it and the team were very pleasant to their credit). Otherwise I'm grateful for their service."

"Good hotel for family. Our family took the buses or metro train each day into DC. We had to walk about 5-10 min to the bus or train from the hotel, easy walk though. Location of hotel was good and we felt like it was in a safe area. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice to have for the kids although we did not use it as much as we thought since we kept so busy each day in DC. Beds were very comfortable and our room was always clean. My husband and I enjoyed having the happy hour from 5:30-7 each night. Having the continental breakfast each morning was the best for our family!!! We had very busy days in DC so having a filling yummy breakfast was a must. There was a big variety of food and drinks each morning."
