"Visited for EOL service for our dog. Staff was very empathetic and kind. You are permitted to stay with your pet for the final moments. There are several post EOL options. The fee is commensurate with the weight of your dog and whether you opt to take the dog home after or have him cremated, ashes returned to you or not."

Every single person at Hamburg Vet was extremely compassionate and kind, they handled a very sad day in our lives with the utmost respect for Candy and sympathy to our family. You can clearly see that everyone who works here genuinely cares about your pets as they are truly treated like family. We decided to have a private cremation and are sincerely in awe of how beautiful our beloved Candy was returned to us. We not only received her ashes in a beautiful urn wrapped in velvet, we also received a keepsake pawprint protected in a box that you are able to slide a photo in, and a lock of her hair sealed within a beautiful card. Thank you to everyone at Hamburg Vet who helped us through this tremendous loss. We will never go anywhere else."
