"I went to Julia's s Dominican Hair Salon and when I arrived she was doing someone else's hair, she seemed non apologetic and very arrogant and did not seem to care that I waited in the hot sun for over thirty minutes. She double booked and then had a nerve to check my ID when I gave her my credit card. Never go there"
