"I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a huge sewage line leak in our finished basement that totally destroyed the family room, laundry room, bathroom, closets and personal items. I called Ranger at 4 o'clock on Friday afternoon in desperation for help and they made adjustments to their work schedule to come out and had the crew there by 6 PM that drove from an hour and a half away. The crew was absolutely AMAZING and worked non-stop till after midnight. They kept in contact over the weekend and returned on Monday to assess the progress, and did an outstanding job of cutting the drywall and cleaning everything. I truly am in awe of the service they provided. A huge shout out to Matt, Tristen, and Michael who were so kind, respectful of our property and hard working beyond belief! These guys are on the frontlines and represent your company in the most professional way. Richard Branson quote "Train people well enough so they can leave. "Where do I even begin! We had MAJOR water damage to the lower floor of our home. Ranger was called and at our home in the blink of an eye! Very professional polite and hard workers. They paid very good attention to detail weather it was in the clean up and restoration or with our personal belongings. Very very fast and efficient. "Highly recommend Ranger Recovery & Restoration! We noticed a pipe valve failed in our basement and had been leaking water for several hours. This was on a Sunday night and I was so relieved to hear that they could stop out the very next morning because I had to completely shut off the water main to stop the leaking. I would like to commend Luke, Matt, Ben and Tristan for showing up right on time, thoroughly examining the situation, explaining the mitigation process, and I didn't have to lift a finger moving anything out of the way. They were very respectful of my home and careful with my belongings. They left 9 big fans running and 2 industrial dehumidifiers running for a couple days, then came back to collect the equipment and perform a moisture reading, which ended up being 7% dryer than normal! They also made it easy for me because my insurance company called with all kinds of questions, asking me to provide documents, demanding photographs - all of which Ranger had completely already covered for me. He figured out where the problem was coming from and set out a plan to help with microbial treatment and a dry out of the area.
