"The receptionist at the left building for imaging are so rude to myself and another patient beside me. They got very short, snippy, and ignorant tones with us. Instead of trying to help like anyone would they have very poor customer service and manner. Thankfully the staff for the Echo and Heart monitoring were incredible."

"Sometimes you are able to get right in and out, sometimes you end up stuck there for an hour and a half waiting for someone to actually get on with your appointment to have them just be there for 5-10 minutes and then you can finally leave. Also the two bathrooms next to each other will make water splash up if someone flushes. Not fun getting a surprise splash when trying to get them the urine sample they desire. On the days where they have the time to properly get on with your appointment I like it. When you are a week away from delivery, stuck there for an hour for no rhyme or reason, and missing lunch because they are so busy talking outside the exam rooms it's not so fun."

"I am NOT one to complain, But I will most certainly tell you my expirience has been aweful. Not only are they booked for months/ weeks out, All of the time, but I had my son Dec 2nd.. I opted get my tubes tied, and signed the authorization papers once.. they lost the paper... signed it again, they lost it again, so I went to my postpartum apt at 9 weeks (instead of 6 weeks because they didnt have anything sooner) and was going to sign the paper for the 3rd time. I sat in the waiting room for 40 min before giving up because I hadnt even got called back into a room yet and I had to go get my daughter off of the school bus. This place seems to me like theyre in a midst of too much for how little staff or capacity they have or something because they literally just dont have it together. The very best thing I can say about the whole thing are the mid wives are literally the best bunch ever, sweetest women ever. So if you're pregnant, thats about the best perk."
