Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC

"I went for Christmas brunch. The food was mostly outstanding - definitely the best you’ll find at any buffet in the city. But my experience was not. We followed the hostess towards the back of the dining room to be seated. My friend and I are Black, and coincidentally, so were the people at the table next to us. When they left, the next set of diners were Black also. In fact, all of the people of color were in our section, in the back. No POC, at all, were in the front. It was obvious and really appalling. I finally had to take one of the servers aside and ask if this apparent race-based seating was intentional. She promised it wasn’t, but I’m not convinced. And there’s just no way I’m going to spend $200+ on a meal when I’m made to feel like a second-class patron."

Visiting in mid-January, I enjoyed the post-holiday atmosphere of the city. I am keen to revisit and explore luxurious offerings for collaborative events and partnerships at this prestigious location."

"We had birthday lunch here and it was wonderful serving outstanding location just right and food perfectly season and cooked. Christmas decorations from lobby to hostess desk Flawless. Sorry didn't rate room cause we didn't stay in the hotel, but did enjoy that restaurant."

Moreover, the concierge service was outstanding. They arranged hair salon appointments for me, choosing top-notch professionals who delivered incredible results. This attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests was truly impressive. The staff’s passion for hospitality shone through in every interaction. Whether it was the warm greeting from the front desk, the helpfulness of the concierge, or the attentive service in the dining areas, every staff member made us feel valued and cared for. "This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make their guests feel special and taken care. You do not have to think when you stay here, you just enjoy the gorgeous hotel, restaurant, spa, lobby, room, gym and surrounding neighborhood. We stayed for my Birthday and was greeted in the room with the most amazing surprise cake and champagne. Enjoyed drinks and the most amazing french fries I have ever eaten at Bourbon Steak. The room was spotless, comfortable and had the best water pressure in the shower. The bed was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff we encountered on this trip, I hope they receive the compliment that their hard work shows in their dedication to guests. The only problem is when it's time to leave and you have to snap back to reality outside of the Four Seasons. I will be making this annual tradition to do a weekend here for my Birthday. Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing weekend! Thank you!!"
