Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles Intl Airport, an IHG Hotel

"Our fire company had a banquet here. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The facility was very nice. Only comment is on the AV system, which went halfway out during a sideshow. The catering was well done, and the waitstaff was smiling and cheerful."

"Update to the review below: They found my car cover. It was not stolen after all. Staff were very helpful and assisted me to get the cover back. Completely changed my opinion about their hotel. Old review: Not a safe place to park your car. I used "way" application to reserve an outdoor parking spot in this hotel for a reasonable price. Tonight, I picked up my car after a 13-day international trip and my all weather car cover was stolen. Hotel manager told me that they don't have security cameras in the back where my car was parked, so basically can't do anything for me. I don't want to stay in a place where somebody dare to steal a big inexpensive cover."

"I'm going to start here and work my way up to corporate. The shuttle service is worst than awful. They don't keep the advertised schedule of every 30 minutes on the 45 and 15 of the hour. I waited over an hour for Amid on a cold and rainy night on December 17. Other hotel shuttles ran 2 times in the time it took holiday inn took to make 1 cycle to the hotel and back. It's less than 4 miles, you guys. They drive recklessly to boot. While the non guest parking is super cheap, you obviously get what you pay for."

"I was a very loyal guest at this hotel but after multiple stays the true character of this hotel showed itself. This hotel is NASTY. They allow commercial vehicles to park right next to cars including busses. People who don’t have a room are allowed to sleep on the lot and do illegal activities. They have groups that come of kids who aren’t as loud as the adults that come. They allow people to urinate on the ground so watch your step while you’re here. I have stayed here plenty times and seen guest move their cars because of how close the commercial vehicles were to their car. If you care about your property I don’t recommend this hotel. I was staying here for a week before and FORCED me to change rooms because they wouldn’t put an adult in a different room when I had already been there for DAYS. After my stay I will no longer be staying here."

"Our stay was great. The front desk staff made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. It is very clean and quiet. The bed skirt in our room had some stains and could use a wash but other than that the room was nice and comfortable. Also, there is no unpleasant smell that some hotels have. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The decor reminds me of a luxury hotel, which says a lot for the IHG brand and Holiday Inn. There are many outlets, a multi cell phone adapter, and a cell phone holder attached to the room phone. I love the convenience of a fridge and microwave in the room. There is ample parking and the hotel is in a convenient location for travel."
