My husband explained the bike belonged to an individual living in a residential care facility who uses the bike as part of a daily health routine. Not only did Connor attend to the tires but took the initiative to check brake pads and other components, ensuring all in good working order. As promised the bicycle was ready in a day. Connor even offered to deliver it. Great work ethic, Connor! Your professional and courteous service shines and is appreciated."

"I just started bringing our bikes to this shop when my son blew a tube. Super easy-going friendly staff did a quick turnaround on the tire for a reasonable price. Had to visit again later the same week with another issue and got the bike back the same day. The Cranky Noodle also offered great food and friendly service. I like that they offer my favorite non-alcoholic beer in customizable 6 packs as well. A great addition to Sparta!"
