"Been coming here for a year with no issues minus my last 2 visits. Even with every visit being with a different nail technician my powder dip mani and regular pedi normally lasted 3-4weeks. However my nails from Oct 3rd only lasted 2 weeks before chipping and peeling with the powder dip eventually falling off. Only had to soak 1 nail when I returned yesterday Nov 1st when normally I need to soak all 10. Figured it was a fluke and still opted for powder dip manicure but no pedicure this time. I was assigned a new technician I never had before and she was friendly however she was super rough with the nail file and sliced my left middle finger pretty bad. I asked for a bandaid and seemed to be more careful with my right hand but my left hand was in so much pain I did not realize she had cut my right fingers as well. I just wanted to leave without confrontation so I still left a 30% tip and rushed home. Both hands were in so much pain once I rewashed them. The technician had nearly cut every single finger. Sadly I will now have to find a new nail salon. Updated 11/3: new photos show all the cuts more clearly now they have scabbed. Also right hand is already chipped/peeling when I got powder dip manicure 2 days ago on 11/1"

"I've been searching for a decent nail salon since covid ruined the norm. This salon is so clean, they take their time, and actually listen to how you want your nails. They are also much less expensive. I've been seeing Tina for the last few months and I've definitely found my new salon."

"Got my nails done on Dec 31st morning by the end of the day this were my nails!! The lady was rushing and didn’t clean the cuticles well no finishing at all. I have been to this salon before and had good experience but I don’t recommend for regular manicure. Confirm the price before you get the service done as they charge me more than what was listed on price chart!"
