"I’ve always have had wonderful experiences here. Even when they’ve been busy, they have graciously squeezed me in to do my nails. All the technicians are wonderful. I bring my stepdaughter here (11) and they always treat her so wonderfully -she loved the massage by Nina today and wants to show Kathy her long nails! Thank you for the great work by all there."
"Didn’t have a positive experience. Came for a quick & easy manicure. A gentleman did it, seemed like he didn’t want to be there, looked at his phone while giving hand massage. Clipped my nails as fast as possible (borderline dangerously). Filed my nails down as if I had gel so now they’re gritty (but I had no gel!) Probably the fastest manicure I’ve ever had (& not in a good way). Overall somewhat rude service. I’m taking my business elsewhere."
"Kevin does a wonderful gel fill! I just wish the atmosphere was a bit better. I’d prefer to not just watch a YouTube channel where some guy travels and eats bizarre foods every time I’m there. A cooking show would be nice, as well as some music playing to enjoy while getting my nails done. But overall, my nails always look amazing!"
"I wish there was a zero star rating because this place does not deserve even one star. Been a few times and Nina has always done a great job on my nails. She is not the problem. I assume they are the owners, an older couple, who are terribly rude and unwelcoming. They lack any degree of customer service. And, as other reviews have mentioned, definitely lacks cleanliness. I will not be going back."
