Keystone Inn Bed and Breakfast

"Wife and I spent a recent weekend here as a quickly planned weekend getaway. We were looking for something located within walking distance of town and were not disappointed. The hosts were friendly and personable, the room was comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. A five minute walk gets you to the square in town, and a five minute drive to the visitors center for the park. We've been coming to Gettysburg for day trips for years, now we have a nice place to stay for weekend getaways as well."

"This was my first time at a Bed and Breakfast and I’m obsessed with the experience. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was delicious. I stayed in the Basil Biggs room and had a balcony off my room which was delightful. The Inn has old world charm while also feeling up to date. I loved having so many common spaces to relax. They even had a selection of DVDs you could watch in your room which was surprisingly fun. The Inn has games and more books about the history of the area than you could possibly read. I will definitely be going back."

"My friend and I just stayed two nights at the Keystone Inn B&B. It was fantastic! The house is lovingly restored. The details in the woodwork are beautiful. The room we stayed in was extremely comfortable. There was a sitting room (open to all guests) next door to us, so we didn't feel like we had to stay just to our room. We loved getting homemade cookies in the evening. We made ourselves a cup of tea, sat in the sitting room, and planned our adventures in Gettysburg. If we'd wanted to, there were books and DVDs for us to borrow. Breakfast was outstanding. We had scrambled eggs one day and french toast the next. Homemade banana bread and berry muffins came with breakfast too. I really hope they create a cookbook because the food was so amazing. Annette and Tiffany were wonderful innkeepers and hosts. They were super friendly and happy to offer suggestions for tourist sites and restaurants. And the location of this B&B is perfect. It's at one end of Baltimore Street, giving us the perfect start to a walking tour. I highly recommend Keystone Inn B&B to Gettysburg visitors!"

"Made us feel welcome from the moment we made the reservation. Great communication. We reserved the Ewell room and found it to be very comfortable for a two-night stay. The Inn is in a nice location at the edge of town but still walking distance to the square. If driving to an attraction on the other side of town and traffic is congested just turn the other way on Hanover and do a quick circle around town to get to the visitors center or Dobbins tavern. (Highly recommend both.) Breakfast was yummy, beds comfortable, very clean, and hosts are wonderful. We met Tiffany and Annette, both lovely people who clearly love to make their guests feel welcome and cared for. The coffee blend was designed for the keystone Inn and was also wonderful!"

"My husband and I booked a 2-night stay here as a quick and local weekend getaway and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! The Keystone is within walking distance to just about everything, making it really easy to park your car in their guest lot and forget about it. Its location is ideal - not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown Gettysburg, but less than a 10-minute walk to the center of it all. The inn is really big with very spacious common rooms for the guests to hang out, plus a beautiful wrap-around porch where you can sit and enjoy a lovely evening. Our bedroom (the General Meade) was located on the first floor and was huge with a really comfy king-size bed. Tiffany, the inn-keeper was such a lovely host! She welcomed us a little before regular check-in began and made us feel right at home by offering a tour of the inn. And, let's talk about the breakfasts! Both days we were served a multi-course breakfast that included drip coffee and fresh juices from local farms. And if you have any food allergies (I am gluten-free), no worries... they will prepare something special for you. We highly recommend the Keystone Inn and will definitely be back again!"
