"I stopped into this location that I’ve never been to before for a fill in and pedicure. The man who did my pedicure was very nice and attentive and did a nice job but $57 dollars for a regular jell pedicure is a bit expensive. When it came to my fill in the women told me that it would cost $65 for a regular jell and additional $5 to fix a loose nail. I was a bit confused because all of my nails are mine and not tips. In the process of filing my nails down because I asked for them to be shorter than my original she filed them so thin it was hurting. She then began to use a tool to pry the acrylic from my original nail bed. When the pain was to much for me to bare I asked her to stop. At this point she said that there was nothing else that she could do other than continue to keep filing or continue to peel the layers off with her tools. At which point I got up and went to the register. I told her that I would just pay for the pedicure and leave. She told me that once she started my nails she needed to finish. I declined her offer due to the pain. When I went to pay for the $57 pedicure she also charged me $15 for filing my nails practically to the skin. I spent a total of $72 for below average service. Never again will I be using this salon for any future service. Picture below is what I left looking like."

"very clean, very nice, the workers were very nice & super friendly. they took very good care of my daughter.. but the gentleman who did my pedicure did not get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet & the heels or callous off my big toe nor did he clean under my toenails & the sides. my big toes are very sore. he was very nice also.. just did not like his work..i would go back but ask for a different nail tech.."

"My daughter asked for long COFFIN shaped nails and got short square. She’s young and shy and didn’t speak up at the time… but she was very dissatisfied. As was I considering this cost $100 just for one to pop off 2 days later while she was brushing her teeth! We won’t be back. UPDATE: Thank you for your response but no thank you. The first nail broke the day before vacation so we had no time to fix it. The second broke the day after we arrived. Honestly, for the amount paid, we expected better quality."
